Wipe loose particles off the Y-Axis lead screw with a dry, lint-free cloth

Wipe the autosampler exterior and base with a towel dampened with a laboratory-grade cleaning liquid

Wipe the autosampler exterior and base with a towel dampened with clear water

Pay special attention to the Y-axis slider block and guide rails

Was the old tubing removed without damage to the fittings?

Push the new tubing onto the fittings

Discharge static buildup and ground to the autosampler base or cabinet before performing any maintenance

Avoid touching bare wires or connectors

Replace peristaltic pump tubing

Check that the diameter of the sample or standards vial matches the rack size

Wipe the sample tray with a towel dampened with laboratory-grade cleaning liquid

Wipe the autosampler cabinet with a towel dampened with laboratory-grade cleaning liquid

Wipe the autosampler arm with a towel dampened with laboratory-grade cleaning liquid

Ensure cleaning liquid does not touch the lead screws

Wipe the sample tray with a towel dampened with clear water

Visually inspect the following parts for leaks or signs of deterioration

Did you detect any leaks or damage to an autosampler part?

Replace any damaged or leaking parts
