Is the magnahelic gauge reading at or above 1.25”?

Un-latch and remove top access door

Lift out HEPA Filter(s) and dispose of

Lay in replacement HEPA filters

Place top access door back on after filter module

Verify that the latch assembly is securely closed

Unscrew the top of the module and slide it off

Pull out the carbon filters from the side access doors

Empty the spent carbon into the appropriate hazardous containment device

Refill each module with 40 lbs. of carbon

Slide the lid back on the module

Screw retaining screws back on the module

Ensure compressed air pressure is regulated at 80 - 90 psi

Is the Power-Pulse cleaning system set to clean two cartridge filters for 2 seconds every 45 seconds?

Ensure the unit is turned off before servicing the filters

Verify that particles have been dislodged and collected

Is the collection system serviced with the unit turned off?
