Unscrew and slide off the top of the module

Pull out carbon filters from the side access doors

Empty the spent carbon into the appropriate hazardous containment device

Refill each module with 40 lbs. of carbon

Slide lid back on and screw retaining screws back on the module

Is the magnahelic gauge reading at or above 1.25”?

Un-latch and remove top access door

Lift out HEPA Filter(s) and dispose of

Lay in replacement HEPA filters

Place top access door back on after filter module

Check and record the compressed air pressure

Is the compressed air pressure within the specified range?

Power-Pulse Cleaning System Operation

Ensure the Power-Pulse cleaning system is set to clean two cartridge filters for 2 seconds every 45 seconds.

Verify that the cleaning cycle continues for five minutes after the unit is turned off.

Has the cleaning cycle completed?

Turn off the unit before servicing the filters.
