Unscrew and slide off the top of the module

Pull out carbon filters from the side access doors

Empty the spent carbon into the appropriate hazardous containment device

Refill each module with 40 lbs. of carbon

Slide lid back on and screw retaining screws back on the module

Ensure compressed air pressure is regulated at 80 - 90 psi

Verify Power-Pulse cleaning system is set to clean two cartridge filters every 45 seconds for 2 seconds

Is the unit turned off before servicing the filters?

Ensure cleaning cycle continues for five minutes after unit is turned off

Check that particles have fallen into the collector after cleaning operation

Is the magnahelic gauge reading at or above 1.25”?

Un-latch and remove top access door

Lift out HEPA Filter(s) and dispose of

Lay in replacement HEPA filters

Place top access door back on after filter module
