Order filter assembly No. 02250117-782

Disconnect the tube at bottom of sight glass

Unscrew the sight glass assembly where the elbow fitting joins the strainer/filter

Replace with new filter assembly

Ensure the compressor unit is powered off and isolated from the power source.

Verify that the replacement element no. 02250152-670 is available.

Remove the protective grill from the adapter housing.

Loosen the retaining screw located on the outer sleeve.

Slide the sleeve to one side to expose the coupling element.

Unwrap the coupling element from the coupling jaws.

Return Line Strainer Maintenance

Refer to Discharge, Receiver and Piping System, 3000P, 3700 and 4500 on page 96

Replace the fluid filter element

Clean exterior of air filter housing

Rotate end cover counterclockwise and remove

Remove air filter element by pulling it out of the housing

Clean interior of housing using a damp cloth

Reassemble in the reverse order of the disassembly

Is the air filter housing properly sealed after reassembly?

Verify that all cleaned components are reassembled correctly

Describe any issues encountered during cleaning

Ensure all tools are removed from the work area
