Remove the brush holder caps and brush assemblies

Measure the length of the brush assemblies in mm

Are the brush assemblies 4.7mm (3/16") long or less?

Replace the brush assemblies if they are 4.7mm (3/16") long or less

Install brush assemblies and brush holder caps

Disconnect the unit from the power supply

Ensure maintenance is performed in a dust-free area by a qualified technician

Record the inspector's signature

Inspect for the following conditions

Establish a routine to keep the hydraulic system free from debris

Coupler and Connection Maintenance

Seal unused couplers with dust covers

Keep hose connections free of debris

Ensure equipment attached to a cylinder is clean

Keep the breather-hole in the filler cap clean and unobstructed

Drain, flush, and refill the reservoir with approved Power Team hydraulic fluid after every 300 hours of use.

Describe the general working conditions and severity of use for fluid change frequency adjustment.

Draining And Flushing The Reservoir

Clean the pump exterior before removing the pump interior from the reservoir.

Remove screws fastening the motor and pump assembly to the reservoir. Discard screws if equipped with a 2-gallon reservoir.

Remove the motor assembly and place aside without damaging the pump filter or pressure regulating valves.

Clean the inside of the reservoir and fill with Power Team hydraulic fluid. Rinse the filter clean.

Place the pump and motor assembly back onto the reservoir and secure with two machine screws on opposite corners of the housing.
