Draining And Flushing The Reservoir

Clean the pump exterior before removing the pump interior from the reservoir.

Remove screws fastening the motor and pump assembly to the reservoir. Discard screws if equipped with a 2-gallon reservoir.

Remove the motor assembly and place aside without damaging the pump filter or pressure regulating valves.

Check mark

Clean the inside of the reservoir and fill with Power Team hydraulic fluid. Rinse the filter clean.

Check mark

Place the pump and motor assembly back onto the reservoir and secure with two machine screws on opposite corners of the housing.
