Is the filter equipped with a manual drain valve?

Open the manual drain valve at regular intervals to evacuate collected dust or liquid.

Is there an automatic drain valve or solenoid timer drain installed?

Manually drain by opening the valve counterclockwise to release collected condensate.

Measure the air temperature processed by the filter.

Is the air temperature within the specified maximum temperature range?

Describe any issues if the air temperature exceeds the specified maximum.

Check for any leakages at the bottom of the filter bowl during normal filter operation.

Filter Isolation and Depressurization

Isolate the filter from the air net.

Depressurize the filter by turning the connection nipple of the automatic drain valve counterclockwise or by opening the manual drain valve.
