Remove six head bolts using a 1/4" Allen wrench.

Turn the shaft to push the head from the crankcase assembly.

Pull the head off the plungers.

Cup Retainer Assembly Removal

Remove the cup retainer assembly from the cylinder head using fingers or external pliers.

Remove the Teflon backup ring and the high pressure cup from the head.

Remove the low pressure seal from the cup retainer with a small flat-blade screwdriver.

Old Oil Seal and O-ring Removal

Push the old oil seal out of the cartridge

Remove the o-ring from the outside of the cartridge
