Hydraulic fluid visible in the reservoir sight glass?

Cylinder fully retracted before adding fluid?

Sign off on the fluid level check

Crimp bowls cleaned and re-greased

All system components inspected for wear, leakage or damage

Warning: Electrical repair or replacement must be performed by a qualified electrician

Machine turned off when not in use

Approved MOLY-GRADE lithium grease applied to the dies and crimp bowl

Note: Machine crimp head should be inspected and serviced every 5-6 years

Sign off on the maintenance procedure

Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!

Reservoir, reservoir magnet and pick-up screen drained and cleaned
