Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) in the boiler water (PPM)

Complete Blowdown (Only when required)

Flush Out Under the Water Level Control and Test Low Water Cut-Off

Amount of compound dosage (in ounces)

Compound should be added every 8 hours based on BHP

Water Analysis should be done every 30 days until treatment is regulated

Is there an automatic feeder system?

If not, compound should be added in equal dosages every two hours

Warning: This inspection requires trained personnel with PPE!

Water Treatment Program properly regulated

If Water Treatment Program is not properly regulated, perform internal tube inspections every 60 days

Unsatisfactory condition found during inspection

If unsatisfactory condition is found, perform inspections more often

Inspection of Tube Header Section done by removing at least two of the plugs on the bottom and top

Internal Drum Inspection done by removing the Inspection Plugs on the heads of the Steam Drum

Water feed inlet inspected every 6 months by removing the plug on the inlet fitting to Boiler Drum

Issues found during the inspection

Inspect and clean pump strainer as needed

Blowdown tank should be inspected and cleaned as required

Sign off on the tank inspection
