Inspect the fuse to verify compliance with rated current and breaking characteristics.

Verify that the device functions properly as described in the instructions for use.

Test the protection earth resistance according to IEC 60601-1:1988 + A1:1991 + A2:1995: Limit 0.1Ω.

Test the earth leakage current according to IEC 60601-1:1988 + A1:1991 + A2:1995: Limit: NC 500μA, SFC: 1000μA.

Operate the unit for a period of 12 to 24 hours

Trigger a power failure alarm by disconnecting the AC power cord

Did the power failure alarm activate and continue for at least 10 minutes?

Reconnect the unit to the AC line and recharge the battery

Does the power failure alarm last more than 10 minutes?

If no, note that the rechargeable battery needs replacement by authorized personnel

Connect the oxygen supply system with oxygen input connector

Set the oxygen concentration basic value

Wait until the oxygen concentration display value reaches the basic value

Increase the oxygen flow rate rapidly

Did the displayed oxygen concentration value deviate to +5%?

Check if the incubator alarm is activated with 'High Oxygen' message

Replace the oxygen concentration sensor if it is due, even if it appears to be working.

Identify issues from the troubleshooting table

Was the issue identified from the troubleshooting table?

Refer servicing to authorized and qualified service personnel if necessary.
