Enter the operating hours since last lubrication

Has it been 5000 operating hours or 2 years since the last lubrication?

Renew the lubricant if required

Are special lubricants specified for the drive?

Ensure the pump is turned off and cooled down

Gather necessary tools and materials

Check the following before lubrication

Replace worn joint parts if necessary

Open the pump to access pin joints

Apply SM-Pin Joint Seals to the pin joints

Check the condition of the joints

Is replacement of seals necessary?

Is replacement of lubricants necessary?

Replace lubricants if necessary

Select the operating time of the pump

Ensure the pump and motor are switched off

Remove the fuse to prevent accidental activation

Select the cleaning method used

Was the pump dismantled for cleaning?

Inspect and clean all dismantled parts
