Remove the oil reservoir
Clean the filter element
Post-Cleaning Verification
Is the oil flowing properly from the nozzle after cleaning?
Needle Replacement
Preparation
Turn off the machine
Press the pedal until the machine stops
Needle Replacement
Check the needle orientation
Install the needle correctly
Sewing Machine Lubrication
Oil Selection
Use Kansai Special’s genuine oil (Part No. 28-611)
Oiling Process
Remove rubber plug A from the oil hole
Fill the machine with oil until the oil level is at the top line on oil gauge C
Ensure oil level is between H and L after first lubrication
Oil Flow Check
Run the machine to check if oil is splashing from oil pipe outlet B
Initial 250 Hours Oil Replacement
Removing the machine and draining the oil
Remove the V belt from the motor pulley
Remove the machine from the table
Remove screw D to drain the oil
Tighten screw D after draining the oil
Filling the machine with oil
Remove rubber plug A from the oil hole
Fill the machine with oil until the oil level is at the top line on oil gauge C
Ensure oil level is between H and L after first lubrication
