Inverter Assembly and Inverter P.C. Board Disassembling
Remove the cabinet and panels
Disconnect the lead wire to the reactor
Disconnect the following connectors
Remove the compressor connector (CN61)
Remove the screws fixing the heat sink support and the separator
Remove the fixing screws of the terminal block support and the back panel
Remove the inverter assembly
Remove the screw of the earth wire and screw of the terminal block support
Remove the heat sink support from the P.C. board support
Cabinet Disassembling
Remove the screw fixing the service panel
Pull down the service panel and remove it
Disconnect the power supply and indoor/outdoor connecting wire
Remove the screws fixing the top panel
Remove the top panel
Remove the screws fixing the cabinet
Remove the cabinet
Remove the screws fixing the back panel
Remove the back panel
Thermistors Disassembling
Remove the cabinet and panels
Disconnect the lead wire to the reactor
Disconnect the following connectors on the Inverter P.C. board
Pull out the discharge temperature thermistor from its holder
Pull out the defrost thermistor from its holder
Pull out the outdoor heat exchanger temperature thermistor from its holder
Pull out the ambient temperature thermistor from its holder
Upload a photo of the disassembled thermistors
Sign off on the thermistors disassembling
Outdoor Fan Motor Disassembling
Remove the cabinet and panels
Disconnect the following connectors: <Inverter P.C. board> CN932 (Fan motor)
Remove the propeller nut
Remove the propeller
Remove the screws fixing the fan motor
Remove the fan motor
R.V. Coil Disassembling
Cabinet and panels removed
Refer to 1
Inverter P.C. board connectors disconnected
CN721 (R.V. coil) disconnected
R.V. coil removed
