Remove the cabinet and panels
Disconnect the lead wire to the reactor
Disconnect the following connectors
Remove the compressor connector
Remove the screws fixing the relay panel
Remove the relay panel
Remove the ground wires and the lead wires of the inverter P.C. board
Remove the screws of the P.B. support
Remove the inverter P.C. board from the P.B. support
Outdoor Unit Cabinet Replacement
Remove the screws of the service panel
Remove the screws of the top panel
Remove the screw of the valve cover
Remove the service panel
Remove the screws fixing the conduit cover
Remove the conduit cover
Remove the screw of fixing the conduit plate
Remove the conduit plate
Remove the top panel
Outdoor Unit Fan Motor Replacement
Warning: Ensure the unit is powered off before starting the procedure
Top panel removed
Cabinet removed
Service panel removed
Inverter P.C. board connectors CN931 and CN932 disconnected
Propeller fan removed
Screws fixing the fan motor removed
Fan motor removed
Sign off on the fan motor replacement
Outdoor Unit R.V. Coil Replacement
Remove the cabinet and panels
Disconnect the following connector: <Inverter P.C. board> CN602 (R.V. coil)
Remove the R.V. coil
Outdoor Unit Compressor and 4-Way Valve Replacement
Remove the top panel, cabinet and service panel
Remove the back panel
Remove the inverter assembly
Remove the soundproof felt
Recover gas from the refrigerant circuit until the pressure gauge shows 0 PSIG
Detach the brazed part of the suction and the discharge pipe connected with compressor
Remove the nuts fixing the compressor
Remove the compressor
Detach the brazed parts of 4-way valve and pipe
