Complete disassembly of the vaporizer and its components

Thorough cleaning of all components

Lubricate components where necessary

Check delivered vapor concentration under defined conditions

Clean the exterior of the VIP 3000 calibrated vaporizer with a damp cloth

Ensure no cleaning agents accumulate in the filler or gas inlet and outlet ports, or around the dial control

If any liquid other than the correct agent is put into the vaporizer, perform the following actions

Is the contaminant non-volatile (e.g., water)?

If the contaminant is non-volatile, drain the vaporizer and return it to a Midmark authorized Service Center

Do not modify, tamper with, or disassemble the VIP 3000 calibrated vaporizer.

Do not immerse the VIP 3000 calibrated vaporizer in any liquid, including water.

Do not sterilize the VIP 3000 calibrated vaporizer.

Drain the contents of the VIP 3000 calibrated vaporizer into an appropriately marked container.

Describe the method used to discard the agent in a locally approved manner.
