Pull the mains plug or remove the detachable battery pack (33).

Ensure all safety devices are operational.

Put the saw head in the upper position.

Lock saw blade by pressing the locking button (18) and turning the saw blade until the button engages.

Remove the tensioning screw with washer (43) using an Allen key (14) in clockwise direction (left-hand thread).

Loosen safety lock (26) and push the retractable blade guard (6) upwards and hold.

Carefully remove outer flange (44) and saw blade (45) from the saw blade shaft.

Pull the mains plug or remove the detachable battery pack (33)

Ensure only qualified specialists perform repair and maintenance work beyond this procedure

Replace damaged parts with original parts

Check that all safety devices are operational after service

Align the laser perpendicularly

Rotate the laser to align perpendicularly

Pull the mains plug or remove the detachable battery pack (33)

Ensure only qualified specialists perform repair and maintenance work

Replace damaged parts only with original parts

Rotate turntable and incline saw head if required to reach screws

Disconnect the mains plug or remove the detachable battery pack (33)

Ensure only qualified specialists perform repair and maintenance work beyond this procedure

Replace damaged parts only with original parts

Check that all safety devices are operational after service

Adjust the parallel guide/ripping fence (25) to be perpendicular to the saw blade at 0° position

Check power cable and plug or battery pack for damage

Check if all movable parts can be moved freely across the entire range of movement

Check all screwed joints and retighten if necessary

Check reset function of the saw head
