Gather cleaning materials (water and mild soap)

Ensure no citrus-based or full-strength cleaning products are used

Clean the gaskets with water and mild soap

Avoid using sharp tools or knives during cleaning

Remove the gasket from the door groove if replacement is needed

Place gasket in warm water to make it pliable

Ensure the refrigerated cold pans are turned off before defrosting.

Allow the ice/frost to melt naturally.

Was the defrosting completed without using sharp objects or tools?

Inspect the refrigerated cold pans for any signs of damage or puncture

Is the Eutectic Fluid Cold Pan intact without any punctures?

Turn the refrigerated cold pans back on after defrosting is complete.

Check that all drain components are in place

Is there any water accumulation under the unit?

Are all drain lines free of obstructions?
