LNS Automatic Parts Unloader Blaze Air 6104-B

The FRL (filter-regulator-lubricator) is free of dirt and water and contains lubricating oil (20/30w)

Verify main air pressure and adjust if necessary

Grease applied to the Blaze Air Tube where it contacts the two supports (extend tube to apply grease)

PLC battery light on PLC is functioning (The Blaze Air will still function but the battery should be replaced as soon as possible)

The inside of the Vacuum Tube is cleaned out

Warning: Failure to have the filter material in place may result in damage to the blower!

Visual check of the filter for chip build up

Filter Cleanout Valve closed when operating the Blaze Air

Check if Vacuum Leak Valve is functioning properly

Check if blower exhaust muffler is clogged

Is the noise level from the blower a problem?

Sign off on the daily blower filter maintenance
