100 Hour Maintenance
- Clean the carriage and adjustment parts
1. clean the lower casing of the mobile base
2. clean the support rollers
- Clean and lubricate the components of the moving parts
- Check the wear and tear of moving parts and replace any parts with excessive play
- Carefully blow on the printed circuit boards with dry air and check the connections.
Battery Replacement
- Release the battery by pressing the unlocking button before taking it off its holder
- Insert the battery in its holder up to the holding clips.
Complete Suction Cup Unit Replacement
- Turn off the pneumatic supply and isolate the rail from the pneumatic circuit
- Unscrew the Tee and take it off
- Unscrew the four screws and then remove the complete suction cup unit
- Replace the complete suction cup unit and screw back the screws
- Put back the Tee
- Repeat the operation if several complete suction cup units need replacement.
Guide Roller Replacement
- Unscrew the screw and remove the guide roller
- Repeat the operation to remove the four guide rollers
- Reverse the procedure for reassembly.
Magnet Replacement
- Demagnetise the rail of all parts and metal dust
- Unscrew the screw to remove the magnet
- Replace the magnet with a standard or HT magnet
- Screw the screw to fasten the magnet
- Repeat the operation if several magnets need replacement.
