Impeller Cleaning
- Set the machine vertical by placing the fan on a flat and stable surface
- Loosen the screws and remove the stand
- Loosen the screws of the cover
- Lever up the two grooves located between the body and the cover to remove the cover
- Loosen the screws and remove the washer
- Remove the bearing and the cover of the bearing using an extractor
- Remove the impeller
- Clean and reassemble, in reverse order of assembly
- Make up the seal with Loctite or the like after carefully cleaning the surfaces of the previous seal.
Filter Cartridge Maintenance
- Run unclogging cycles once the work is complete
- Leave the dust to rest in the container
- Empty the container in dedicated skips, as welding and cutting dust must be recycled.
Motor Cleaning
- Clean the motor cooling impeller blades.
Pre Filter Cleaning
- Clean with dry compressed air or immerse in a solution made of water
- Then dry with air.
Sound-Proofing Board Replacement
- Loosen the screws
- Remove the unit silencer
- Take care to not misplace the seals
- Extract the foam from the body of the silencer
- Collect the meshes
- Replace and put back, in reverse order, and remember the seals.
