- Examine the sheetmetal case for dents or breakage
- Repair the case as required
- Keep the case in good condition to insure that high voltage parts are protected and correct spacings are maintained
- All external sheetmetal screws must be in place to insure case strength and electrical ground continuity.
Machine Cleaning
- Machine should be cleaned with a low pressure airstream, especially these parts
1. Power, Driver, Switch, and Control printed circuit boards (also Protection PC board on 380-415 VAC model)
2. Power switch
3. Main transformer
4. Input rectifier (located on fan baffle)
5. Heat sink fins
- Keeping the machine clean will result in cooler operation and higher reliability.
