Oven Check
- Check the oven is always in efficient condition
- Check the wiring cable and, if damaged, replace it immediately
- Check the heating elements are clean from fl ux slags and the temperature sensors are correctly fixed on the heating element.
Heating Element Replacement
- Remove the metal hat shaped cover located on the rear of the oven
- Disconnect the faulty heating element and replace with a new one having the same properties and sizes
- Fit the new heating element
- Restore correctly the connections; should the replaced heating element be the one on which the temperature feeler is connected; remember to fi x the feeler on the new heating element
- On the contrary, the heating elements temperature could damage the fl ux and the same heating elements
- Reassemble the bottom cover on the rear of the oven
- Switch on the oven main power switch for few minutes to eliminate any possible humidity residual on the new heating element. Switch it off and wait about 15 minutes before switching it on again and making the oven on operation. This allows the heating element to get stable and have a better long-life
- The oven is now ready for operation.
