Set the Dip Switch as instructed

Check that the LEDs on the PCB are on during operation

Is the Green LED lit up indicating correct wiring?

Record the LED blink pattern if wiring is incorrect

Open isolation ball valves, if installed in the piping system.

Remove caps on both liquid and gas (vapor) suction Schrader ports.

Connect nitrogen cylinder regulator to gauge manifold and Schrader ports.

Perform leak/pressure check at 150 psig for 15 minutes.

Perform leak/pressure check at 300 psig for 30 minutes.

Spray one or two glasses of water upon the evaporator

Ensure that water flows through the drain hose of indoor unit without any leakage

Check that all tubes and wiring are properly connected

Remove the service valve caps from both the gas and liquid sides on the outdoor unit

Are both the liquid and gas side service valves on the outdoor unit closed?

Connect the manifold valve and dry nitrogen gas cylinder to the service port with charge hoses

Is the high side manifold valve kept closed?

Enter the pressure reading after pressurizing the system with dry nitrogen gas

Is the pressure reading no more than 550 P.S.I.G.?
