Check the condition of the following filters

Is the filter dirty and requires cleaning or replacement?

Replace the filter if necessary

Ensure the 'AIR FLOW DIRECTION' marking is correctly aligned on the filter frame during re-installation

Are the filters U.L.C certified or equivalent for use in Canada?

IMPORTANT: Always relubricate motors according to manufacturer’s lubrication instructions provided on each motor.

Are manufacturer's lubrication instructions available?

If no instructions are provided, use the following as a guide

Check for oil leaks in the following areas

Is condensate drain pan and line cleaning necessary?

Clean the condensate drain pan and line if necessary

Condenser Coil Cleaning and Inspection

Clean the condenser coil with a water hose

Inspect the condenser coil for cleanliness

Visual Inspection for Oil Leaks

Inspect for evidence of oil leaks

Owner complaints of insufficient cooling

Check all wiring for loose connections

Enter the voltage at the unit (unit operating)

Enter the amp-draw on the condenser fan motor

Enter the amp-draw on the blower motor
