100 Hourly / 1 Monthly Maintenance
CAUTION: Always check electrolyte level after charging battery. If necessary, add distilled water to maintain proper level.
CAUTION: Check battery terminals to be sure they are clean and free from corrosion. Keeping the battery clean will give prolonged service. Remove corrosion from the terminals periodically and coat terminals with grease.
CAUTION: Maintain the battery at full charge during the winter months to prevent freezing. When water is added during freezing weather, run the engine at least an hour to make sure water and electrolyte have mixed throughly.
CAUTION: Protect against fire and explosion. During refueling never touch battery. This battery is a dry-charged type.

100 Hourly Maintenance
Cleaning of air cleaner element
Air cleaner of dry element type, therefore oil is not needed
Dust cup emptied
Foreign material such as leaves removed from around the filter
Wing bolt tightened if necessary
Dust cup installed to the air cleaner so as the mark on the cover of the cup points upward
Element cleaned every 100 hours of operation
Air pressure at the nozzle does not exceed 100psi (7kgf/ cm?: 0.69MPa)
Reasonable distance maintained between the nozzle and the filter
150 Hourly / 6 Monthly Check
Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!
Radiator hoses are fastened securely
Radiator hose clamps are sufficiently tightened
If hose clamps are loose, apply oil and retighten to desired tolerance.
Radiator hose replaced at least once every two years
When changing hose also replace clamps.
Radiator hose or clamps appear damaged or worn
If radiator hose or clamps break during operation, boiling. water may escape and cause injury. Be sure to check these items regularly and replace them at once if they appear damaged or worn.
Sign off on the 150 Hourly / 6 Monthly Check

Fuel pipe clamps sufficiently tightened
If pipe clamps are loosened, apply oil and retighten to desired tolerance
Last date of fuel pipe replacement
Fuel pipe is made from rubber and will require periodic replacement. Change at least once every two years. When changing pipe also replace clamps
Air-bleed the system after changing
