Remove the belt guard, if fitted.

Check the belts thoroughly for cracks, fraying or stretching.

Change damaged belts immediately.

Reconnect the negative cable to the battery.

Sign off on the drive belts replacement

Is the machine fully vented, the pressure gauge reads 0 psig?

Are all compressed air consumers disconnected and the air outlet valve is open?

Is oil visible in the oil separator tank filling port?

Is the filter element visually checked for contamination?

Check the degree of contamination of the filter elements

Withdraw the foam element 2 from the housing 1

Check the foam element 2 for damage or excessive dirt contamination

Withdraw the paper element 3 from the housing 5

Check the paper filter element 3 for damage or excessive dust clogging

Battery fluid level up to the mark, 0.4 in above the plates

If battery casing is leaking fluid, replace the battery immediately

Enter the tire pressures of chasis

Pressure relief valve(s) checked by KAESER Service

Instructions for Draining and Refilling Cooling Oil

Remove the plug from the oil separator tank filling port

Position the receptacle below the separator tank drain plug

Unscrew the drain plug and allow the oil to drain into the receptacle

Fit a new gasket on the drain plug and screw it back in again

Place the receptacle beneath the oil cooler

Unscrew the drain plug and allow the cooling oil to drain into the receptacle

Fit a new gasket on the drain plug and screw it back in again
