1000 Hourly Air Filter Check

Warning: Do not clean the air filter element with liquids.

Check that all sealing surfaces match each other. The use of an unsuitable air filter element can permit dirt to ingress the pressure system and cause damage to the machine.

Material: Replacement part

The power supply disconnecting device is switched off.

The disconnecting device is locked in the off position.

A check has been made that no voltage is present.

The machine has cooled down.

Air filter check completed successfully?

Sign off on the air filter check

1000 Hourly Cooler Cleaning

Warning: This cleaning procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!

Is the cooler in good condition?

If the cooler is not in good condition, report the issues to the maintenance team and stop the procedure

1000 Hourly Cooling Air Filter Mat Cleaning (Option K3)

Warning: Ensure the machine is switched off before starting the procedure.

Filter mat removed from the retaining frame

Loose dirt removed from the filter mat

Was the filter mat washed with lukewarm water and household detergent?

Was the filter mat changed?

Filter mat inserted back in the retaining frame

Sign off on the filter mat cleaning

1000 Hourly Refrigerant Condenser Cleaning

Precondition: The power supply disconnecting device is switched off. The disconnecting device is locked in the off position. A check has been made that no voltage is present.

Undo the securing screws 5

Remove the panel 1

Run this procedure

1 Weekly Condensate Drain Check

Precondition: Machine running under LOAD

Visual check: Does condensate flow as soon as the LED illuminates?

If condensate does not drain, the condensate drain hose or the drain itself is blocked.

Switch off the machine and clean the drain pipe.

Condensate drain manual check: Press the «TEST» button and hold for at least 2 seconds.

Carry out maintenance on the condensate drain if condensate still does not flow.
