1. Park the machine safely

2. Remove dipstick (A), at the right side of the engine. Wipe with a clean cloth.

3. Install dipstick.

Check mark

4. Remove dipstick.

5. Check oil level on dipstick. Oil level should be between levels (B) and (C) on dipstick.

6. If oil level is low:

Allow engine to cool

Slowly open radiator cap (A) to the first stop to release all pressure

Close radiator cap tightly

Position a pan under the radiator drain tube (C)

Open the drain plug (B) and allow the coolant to drain from the system

Remove the drain plug (D) from the engine block and finish draining coolant

200 Hourly Maintenance

Change transmission oil and filter / clean suction screen.

Check mark

1. Run the engine a few minutes to warm the transmission oil.

2. Park the machine safely.

Check mark

3. Position the drain pan under the transmission drain plug (A). Remove the plug and allow the oil to drain completely.

4. Position the drain pan under the transaxle oil filter (B). Remove and discard the filter. Allow the residual oil to drain completely.

5. Put a film of clean transmission oil on the seal of the new filter.

6. Fill the filter 1/3 - 1/2 full of oil.

7. Install the filter and turn clockwise until the gasket contacts the mounting surface. Tighten 1/2 - 3/4 turn after gasket contact.

8. Install and tighten the drain plug.

Run engine to warm the oil

Place drain pan under oil drain plug located on under side of engine

Remove drain plug

Check mark

Wipe dirt from around oil filter

Check mark

Turn filter counterclockwise to remove

Check mark

Put a light coat of clean engine oil on gasket of new filter

Check mark

Install replacement oil filter by turning filter clockwise until gasket contacts filter base. Tighten additional one half turn

50 Hourly Maintenance

Lubricate grease points. (Normal conditions)

Check mark

Check front axle oil level.

Check mark

1. Park machine safely on level surface. Allow machine to cool down for at least one hour.

Check mark

2. Loosen and remove dipstick (A) located on right side of front axle.

Check mark

3. Wipe dipstick clean with a rag. Install dipstick but do not tighten. Allow dipstick to rest on top of threads.

Check mark

4. Remove dipstick. Oil level should be between high (B) and low (C) levels on dipstick. If oil level is low:

a. Add recommended oil through dipstick fill opening until oil level is correct.

b. Install and tighten dipstick.

Check mark

5. Check front axle oil level again after the first several hours of operation.
