Check and adjust alternator/fan belt

Check and adjust air conditioner compressor belt (If equipped)

Check air restriction indicator light

Check Engine Valve Clearance. See your John Deere Dealer

Drain, Flush and Refill Engine Cooling System

Sign off on the 200 Hourly / Yearly Maintenance

Check cab rollover protection system mounting hardware torque

Clean or replace cab air filter

Check hardware torque on front hitch (If equipped)

Check front hitch hydraulic connections for leaks

Sign off on the 50 Hourly Maintenance

Change Transmission Oil and Filter

Replace primary fuel filter / water separator

Replace front PTO gearbox oil (JD20D) and filter, if equipped

Sign off on the 400 Hourly Maintenance

Enter the engine's hour meter reading

Is the engine's hour meter reading less than 400?

If the engine's hour meter reading is less than 400, change engine oil and filter

Inspect air intake system hoses and connections each time the air filter is clogged

Sign off on the yearly maintenance

Air filter rubber dust valve cleaned

Grease points lubricated (Wet Conditions)

Sign off on the 10 hourly maintenance
