Check axle/final drive oil level

Check air intake hoses and charge air cooler tube couplings

Check battery electrolyte level; clean and tighten terminals

Drain and refill engine oil and replace filter

Replace hydraulic system return filters

Drain, flush, and refill hydraulic system oil

Clean hydraulic system fill strainer

Replace DEF tank breather filter

Check driveline damper (Every 5000 Hours)

Drain and refill engine cooling system (Every 6000 Hours)

Drain and refill inverter cooling system (Every 6000 Hours)

Sign off on the 4000 Hourly Maintenance

Check coolant level at engine surge tank

Check coolant level at inverter surge tank

Check hydraulic system oil level

Sign off on the maintenance check

Check inverter coolant condition

Replace engine air cleaner elements

Sign off on the 1000 hourly maintenance

Inspect tires and check pressure

Replace fuel tank breather filter

Replace fast fill fuel breather filter (if equipped)

Check rear camera and radar object detection (ROD) system (if equipped)

Clean hydraulic fan drive case drain in-line screen

Drain, flush, and refill fuel tank
