Clean hydraulic system strainer

Drain, flush, and refill cooling system (Every 6000 Hours)

Sign off on the 2000 Hourly Maintenance

Lubricate rear axle steering pivots

Check and clean cooling package

Check rear differential and gear case oil levels

Change engine oil and replace oil filter

Replace primary fuel filter and water separator

Check and adjust inching linkage

Check service (drum) brake oil level

Upload the engine oil sample test results

Clean or replace cab recirculation air filter

Sign off on the 250 Hourly Maintenance

Check recovery tank coolant level

Clean air cleaner dust unloader valve

Lubricate Quik-Tatch™ pins and bushings

Replace primary fuel filter and water separator

Inspect tires and check tire pressure
