Hardware: Re-Tighten any Loose Hardware
Column Shafts: Lubricate
Cross Shafts: Lubricate
Centering Chain: Lubricate
Plastic Guide Rollers: Check for free spinning. Disassemble and remove any adhesive build up
Knurled Teflon Coated One Direction Clutch Roller: Back off tension. Check for free spinning. Disassemble and remove any adhesive build up
Knurled Teflon Coated Guide Roller: Rotation should be slightly restricted by Belville washer. Disassemble and remove any adhesive build up if excessive restriction is detected
Front Red Wipe Down Rollers: Rotation should be slightly restricted by Belville washer. Disassemble and remove any adhesive build up if excessive restriction is detected
Rear Red Wipe Down Rollers: Check for free spinning. Disassemble and remove any adhesive build up
1 Weekly Case Sealer Maintenance
Carton Dust In/On Machine: Blow Off Machine Extenally and Internally
Carton Dust Inside Drive Bases: Remove Drive Base Cover
Blade Guard Oiler Pad: Lubricate
Cutter Blade: Inspect for wear

3 Monthly Case Sealer Maintenance
Hardware: Re-tighten any loose hardware

Mandrel Assembly: Disassemble & Observe
Mandrel Spring: Check for weakness
Mandrel Friction Washer: Clean

Mandrel Shaft: Remove any dust and adhesive build up
Mandrel Bearing: Check for wear
Delrin Roller: Check for free spinning. Disassemble and remove any adhesive build up
Column Alignment Adjustment
Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with appropriate tools!
Upper head assembly loose and moves excessively?
If not, report the issue to the maintenance team and stop the procedure
Upload a photo of the removed screws
Cover plate removed?
Upper column guide bolts adjusted to reduce clearance?
Enter the clearance between column and guide for upper column
Both upper column guides adjusted equally?
Each column adjusted equally for upper column guides?
Drive Belt Adjustment
Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!
Remove screws (2) and drive base cover using a 3 mm Allen key
Tighten upper and lower belt tensioning bolts using a 4 mm Allen key and 10 mm wrench
Adjust upper and lower tensioning bolts equally
Achieve proper belt tension when a 5 pound pull force is used to create a 1” gap in the middle of the drive base
Ensure the belt is properly tracked in idler pulley and the tracking bead is properly centered in the idler pulley groove
Adjust upper and lower tensioning bolts as required to align tracking bead with the center of groove in the idler pulley
Replace drive base cover as shown using a 3 mm Allen key
Sign off on the drive belt adjustment
