Ensure water temperature does not exceed 40°C

Air Filter Removal and Cleaning

Slide the air filter off the louver

Clean the air filter using a vacuum cleaner

If severely clogged, wash the air filter with warm water and a neutral cleaner

Rinse and dry the air filter thoroughly

Unplug the icemaker from the electrical supply network

Ensure no water jet is used for cleaning

Storage Bin Interior Cleaning/Sanitisation (Weekly)

Open the storage bin door and remove all ice

Remove the thumbscrews securing the baffle

Wash the bin liner and baffle with a neutral non-abrasive cleaner and rinse thoroughly

Unplug the icemaker from the electrical supply network

Ensure no water jet is used for cleaning

Read and understand the instructions for using a neutral cleaner or sodium hypochlorite

Wipe the exterior with a clean, soft cloth

Use a damp cloth containing a neutral cleaner to wipe off grease or dirt

Unplug the icemaker from the electrical supply network

Ensure the appliance is not cleaned by use of a water jet

Periodic Inspection and Maintenance

Check that all the parts are in place

Inspect parts for wear against factory recommendations
