Clean or replace the water hoses if necessary.

Clean the condenser using a brush or vacuum cleaner if necessary.

Ensure only qualified service technicians are servicing the appliance.

Verify hands are dry before touching the icemaker power switch or control switch.

Move the icemaker's power switch to the 'OFF' position.

Place the disconnect in the off position, if applicable.

Lockout/Tagout to prevent the power supply from being turned back on inadvertently.

Icemaker and Dispenser Unit/Ice Storage Bin Drains Check

Check that the icemaker and dispenser unit/ice storage bin drains are clear.

Ensure only qualified service technicians are servicing the appliance.

Verify hands are dry before touching the icemaker power switch or control switch.

Move the icemaker's power switch to the 'OFF' position.

Place the disconnect in the off position, if applicable.

Lockout/Tagout to prevent the power supply from being turned back on inadvertently.

Extruding Head Seal Bolts Inspection

Inspect for leakage around seal bolts.

Ensure only qualified service technicians are servicing the appliance.

Verify hands are dry before touching the icemaker power switch or control switch.

Move the icemaker's power switch to the 'OFF' position.

Place the disconnect in the off position, if applicable.

Lockout/Tagout to prevent the power supply from being turned back on inadvertently.

Inspect the air filters for dirt and debris.

Inspect Upper Bearing (extruding head)

Inspect Lower Bearing and O-Ring (lower housing)
