Visual inspection of all hardware for loosening, tampering or wear

Hardware check for loosening. Tighten as required

Belts check for wear or damage and proper tension. Pay close attention at bends and attachment points

Frames check for wear and damage

Hand grips check for wear and damage

Sign off on the weekly Iso-lateral inspection

Warning: Use only approved or compatible cleaners!

Upholstery cleaned with soap and water or all purpose cleaner

Cleaner applied to a microfiber cloth

Time cleaner left on the equipment (in minutes)

Cleaner left on the equipment for at least 2 minutes for general disinfection

Cleaner left on the equipment for at least 10 minutes for fungus and viral control

Sign off on the upholstery cleaning

Inspect hardware on all machines

Tighten any bolts or nuts that may have loosened

Upload a photo of the area with paint chips

Fill in paint chips with manufacturers touch-up paint

Sign off on the monthly iso-lateral inspection

Cleaned hand grips with the selected cleaner

Waxed frames with a standard, non-abrasive, wax finish

Enter any shoe scuffs found on powder coated surfaces

Removed shoe scuffs with polishing compound

Note: Use PureGreen 24 on the equipment for at least 2 minutes for general disinfection purposes and at least 10 minutes for fungus and viral control.

Sign off on the hand grips cleaning
