Inspect hardware on all machines

Tighten any bolts or nuts that may have loosened

Fill in paint chips with manufacturers touch-up paint

Sign off on the monthly iso-lateral inspection

Clean hand grips with the selected cleaner

Wax frames with a standard, non-abrasive, wax finish

Note any shoe scuffs on powder coated surfaces

Remove shoe scuffs with polishing compound

Note: PureGreen 24 and the Antibacterial Force formula of Gym Wipes are both disinfectants that are effective against MRSA and H1N1.

PureGreen 24 is available in a spray which is convenient to use. Apply the spray to a microfiber cloth and wipe down the equipment.

Use PureGreen 24 on the equipment for at least 2 minutes for general disinfection purposes

Cleaned upholstery with a mild soap and water or comparable all purpose cleaner?

Applied the cleaner to a microfiber cloth and wiped down the equipment?

Enter the time in minutes the cleaner was left on the equipment

Sign off on the upholstery cleaning

Visual inspection of all hardware for loosening, tampering or wear

Hardware check for loosening. Tighten as required

Belts check for wear or damage and proper tension. Pay close attention at bends and attachment points

Frames check for wear and damage

Hand grips check for wear and damage

Sign off on the weekly Iso-lateral inspection
