Inspect hardware on all machines

Tighten any bolts or nuts that may have loosened

Fill in paint chips with manufacturers touch-up paint

Sign off on the monthly iso-lateral inspection

Warning: Use only approved or compatible cleaners!

Cleaned upholstery with a mild soap and water or comparable all purpose cleaner

Wiped down the equipment with the selected cleaner

Enter the time (in minutes) the cleaner was left on the equipment

Sign off on the cleaning procedure

Visual inspection of all hardware for loosening, tampering or wear

Hardware check for loosening. Tighten as required

Belts check for wear or damage and proper tension. Pay close attention at bends and attachment points

Frames check for wear and damage

Hand grips check for wear and damage

Sign off on the weekly Iso-lateral inspection

Notes on shoe scuffs removal from powder coated surfaces
