Pump Calibration
Pre-calibration Requirements
Ensure the following conditions are met
Calibration Process
Fill a measuring beaker with dosing medium
Read off and note down the fill volume V1
Place the inlet line in the measuring beaker
Start the calibration process in the 'Setup > Calibration' menu
Enter the factory calibration value displayed by the pump after 200 dosing strokes
Remove the inlet line from the measuring beaker
Deaeration Valve Replacement
Preparation
Put on the stipulated personal protective equipment
Switch off the power supply
Make system pressureless
Take suitable steps to ensure that the returning liquid is safely collected
Empty dosing head and flush it if necessary
Dismantling the Deaeration Valve
Dismantle deaeration line
Manually unscrew deaeration screw (1)
1 Daily Pump Check
Drain Opening Inspection
Check if liquid leaks from the drain opening on the dosing head.
Check if the drain opening is blocked or soiled.
Dosing Head and Valves Inspection
Check if liquid leaks from the dosing head or valves.
Tighten dosing head screws with a torque wrench if necessary. Torque [Nm]: 6 (+ 1).
Tighten valves and cap nuts if necessary.
Check if a service requirement is present at the pump display.
Dosing Head, Diaphragm and Valves Disassembly
Warning: If the diaphragm is possibly damaged, don't connect the pump to the power supply!
Put on the stipulated personal protective equipment.
Set pump to 'Stop' operating state using the [Start/stop] key.
Make system pressureless.
Take suitable steps to ensure that the returning liquid is safely collected.
Empty dosing head and flush it if necessary.
Press the [Start/stop] and [100%] keys at the same time to put the diaphragm into 'out' position.
Check if the symbol (-) is displayed.
Acknowledge the 'Stop after power failure' alarm by opening the 'Alarm' main menu if active.

Dismantling the diaphragm and valves
Make system pressureless
Empty dosing head and flush if necessary
Set pump to 'Stop' using the [Start/stop] key
Press [Start/stop] and [100%] keys to put diaphragm into 'out' position
Ensure returning liquid is safely collected
Dismantle suction, pressure, and deaeration hose
Dismantle valves on suction and discharge side
