Clean the wheel to remove oil and dust accumulation

Clean the housing to ensure smooth operation

Check all fasteners for tightness

Is the unit ready for restarting?

Describe any issues encountered during maintenance

Ensure safety measures are in place

Verify availability of hand gun with maximum rating of 40 psi

Check lubricant type and quantity

Identify bearings to be lubricated

Enter the number of lubricant shots applied (1 or 2)

Were the bearings rotated during lubrication?

Inspect belt alignment and tension on GB unit only

Belt Inspection and Replacement

Check belts for wear and tightness

Use matched belts for multi-groove pulleys

Loosen tensioning device for belt removal

Adjust belts as per 'Pre-Starting Checks'

Check pulley setscrews for tightness

Ensure proper keys are in keyways

Ensure fan RPM is not readjusted

Check for moisture or dirt accumulations on parts

Is there any paint deterioration?

Are there signs of rust on machined parts?

Remove original rust preventive coating with petroleum solvent
