Was the source of moisture or dirt located and eliminated?

Is there any paint deterioration?

Describe the paint condition and any touch-up or repainting considerations

Belt Inspection and Replacement

Check belts for wear and tightness

Use matched belts for multi-groove pulleys

Loosen tensioning device for belt removal

Adjust belts as per 'Pre-Starting Checks'

Check pulley setscrews and keyways

Ensure fan RPM is not readjusted

Use identical size and type pulleys for replacement

Clean the wheel and housing to remove oil and dust accumulation

Is the wheel balanced after cleaning?

Check all fasteners for tightness

Was the maintenance program followed correctly?

Ensure safety measures are in place

Gather necessary tools and materials

Check external grease fittings for damage

Verify hand gun pressure does not exceed 40 psi

Enter the number of lubricant shots used

Rotate bearings during lubrication if safe to do so

Inspection at 30 Minute Interval

Conduct initial inspection of the fan

Inspect belt alignment and tension on GB unit only

Adjust and tighten belt as necessary
