Spray Tip Clog Clearing
Warning: Ensure the gun is not pointed at anyone when performing this procedure.
Engage trigger lock (2)
Rotate spray tip (26) to unclog position
Disengage trigger lock (2)
Trigger gun at waste area to clear clog
If spray tip (26) is difficult to rotate when turning to the unclog position, perform Pressure Relief Procedure, then turn Prime/Spray valve to spray position and repeat step 1.
Engage trigger lock (2)
Rotate spray tip (26) back to spray position
Disengage trigger lock (2) and continue spraying
Filter Maintenance
Warning: Follow the Pressure Relief Procedure before performing any maintenance on the gun to avoid serious injury from skin injection.
Pressure relieved?
Upload a photo of the disconnected fluid hose from gun at swivel
Upload a photo of the disconnected trigger guard from gun retainer
Upload a photo of the unscrewed handle from gun
Upload a photo of the removed filter through top of handle
Filter mesh damaged?
Upload a photo of the cleaned filter
Handle bore damaged?
Equipment Cleaning
Warning: Do not leave the gun or any parts in water or cleaning solvents.
Flush gun
Clean filter
Clean paint off the outside
Stored in a dry location?
Notice: The gun is NOT compatible with cleaning solvents that contain methylene chloride.
