Warning: Follow the Pressure Relief Procedure before performing any maintenance on the gun to avoid serious injury from skin injection.
Pressure relieved?
Upload a photo of the disconnected fluid hose from gun at swivel
Trigger guard disconnected from gun retainer?
Upload a photo of the unscrewed handle from gun
Upload a photo of the removed filter through top of handle
Filter inspected for damage to the filter mesh?
Filter replaced if the filter mesh has holes or voids?
Filter cleaned using a soft brush to loosen and remove excess debris?
Spray Tip Clog Clearing
Warning: Always engage trigger lock before adjusting the spray tip
Engage trigger lock
Rotate spray tip to unclog position
Disengage trigger lock
Trigger gun at waste area to clear clog
If spray tip is difficult to rotate, perform Pressure Relief Procedure, then turn Prime/Spray valve to spray position and repeat step 1
Engage trigger lock
Rotate spray tip back to spray position
Disengage trigger lock and continue spraying
Equipment Cleaning
Warning: Do not leave the gun or any parts in water or cleaning solvents.
Flush gun
Clean filter
Clean paint off the outside
Stored in a dry location?
Notice: The gun is NOT compatible with cleaning solvents that contain methylene chloride.
Sign off on the equipment cleaning
