Warning: Always flush at the lowest pressure possible. Check connectors for leaks and tighten as necessary.

Flush with a fluid that is compatible with the fluid being dispensed and the equipment wetted parts.

Follow Pressure Relief Procedure, page 13.

Spray tip removed and soaked in solvent?

Siphon tube placed in grounded metal pail containing cleaning fluid?

Pump set to lowest possible fluid pressure and started?

Held a metal part of the gun firmly to a grounded metal pail and triggered the gun until clean solvent dispenses?

Gun removed from hose? See gun manual to further clean gun.

Follow Pressure Relief Procedure, page 13.

Replaced worn or damaged parts with manufacturer’s replacement parts?

Enter the level of Graco Throat Seal Liquid (TSL) or compatible solvent in the wet-cup

Sign off on the daily equipment check

Keep the hydraulic supply system absolutely clean at all times. Blow out hydraulic lines with air and flush thoroughly with solvent before connecting to the hydraulic motor, to avoid introducing harmful contaminants into the motor. Plug the hydraulic lines immediately when they are disconnected.

Enter the hydraulic oil volume to the motor (should not exceed 37.8 liter/min)

Enter the hydraulic oil temperature (should not exceed 54°C)

Carefully follow the manufacturer's recommendations on reservoir and filter cleaning, and periodic changes of hydraulic fluid. Use only Graco-approved hydraulic oil. Order Part No. 169236, 5 gal. (19 liter) or 207428, 1 gal. (3.8 liter). Do not substitute a lower grade oil or one with a lower flash point.

Did you follow the manufacturer's recommendations on reservoir and filter cleaning, and periodic changes of hydraulic fluid?
