⚠️ WARNING

Check mark

NEVER defeat the safety interlock system by mechanically or electrically bypassing any switches, relays or solenoid valves.

Check mark

An interlock system is provided on the loader for operator safety. Together with solenoid valves, switches and relays, the interlock system:

Check mark

➤ Prevents the engine from starting unless the operator is sitting on the seat and the operator restraint bar is lowered.

Check mark

➤ Disables the lift arm, auxiliary hydraulics, attachment tilt and wheel drives whenever the operator leaves the seat, turns the keyswitch to Off or raises the restraint bar.

Check mark

If wheels are removed and reinstalled, repeat the procedure.

Check mark

Enter the All-Tach pivot torque in ft-lbs

Check mark

1 Daily / 10 Hourly Tire Pressures Check

Check mark

⚠️ WARNING: Inflating or servicing tires can be dangerous. Trained personnel should service and mount tires. Follow the safety precautions below.

Check mark

Rotate the tires from front to rear and rear to front to keep tire wear even.

Check mark

Keep the same size tire on each side of the loader to prevent excessive wear on tires, chains, or other damage.

Check mark

The tread bar of all tires should face the same direction.

Check mark

Rim is clean and free of rust.

Check mark

Tire beads and rim flanges lubricated with a soap solution.

Check mark

Use a clip-on tire chuck with remote hose and gauge, allowing you to stand clear while inflating the tire.

Check mark

Inflation pressure to seat the beads (Do NOT inflate beyond 35 psi (240 kPa)).

Check mark

If the beads have not seated by the time the pressure reaches 35 psi (240 kPa), deflate the assembly, reposition the tire on the rim, lubricate both parts and re-inflate.
