2. Remove the bearing (A). Use a bearing puller.

2000 Hourly Form Plate Cylinder Pressure Adjustment

Sealing plug of MP1 (B) loosened

Pressure gauge connected to MP1 (B)

Locknut of P1 (A) unscrewed

Safety valve P1 (A) turned all the way (counterclockwise)

Valve (E) opened all the way (counter-clockwise)

Hydraulics button pushed. The hydraulics are now ON

Safety valve P1 (A) turned three revolutions in (clockwise). Pressure set to 130 bar (on the pressure gauge)

Screen 1305 (Form plate) accessed
