Change the compressor lubricant. Flush system if required.

Fill the system with a 50 percent charge of the new lubricant

Allow the machine to run about five minutes at temperature, then shut down

Change to a new filter and separator

Fill the system with a full charge of the new lubricant, then reinstall drain plug

Enter the current reservoir oil level

Add oil if required, ensuring not to mix lubricants

Observe if the unit loads and unloads properly

Enter the discharge temperature

Check Panel LED’s for advisories

Stand clear of the discharge port

Enter the system operating pressure

Enter the relief valve set pressure

Is the system operating pressure at 75% of the relief valve set pressure?

Manually open the valve with the hand lever and check for proper operation

Check if 'CHANGE AIR FILTER' message is displayed.

Is cleaning necessary based on visual inspection?

Remove the wingnut and pull out the filter element.

Inspect the element for ruptures or cracks in the pleated media.

Inspect the gasket on the bottom (outlet end) of the element.

Soak the element in warm water with mild nonsudsing detergent for 15 minutes.

Rinse the element thoroughly with clean water (max 40 psig/2.8 Bars).

Is cleaning required for any of the components?

Clean the exterior fin surfaces of the cores by blowing compressed air with a nonflammable safety solvent in the opposite direction of the cooling fan air flow.
