Bearings on the drive end of the blower require grease lubrication every 500 hours of operation.

Lubricate the bearings through grease fitting.

Was the old grease forced out of the vents during regreasing?

Sign off on the bearing lubrication

WARNING! Do not overfill as this will tend to cause excessive heating of the gears and may damage the unit;

Enter the current hour meter reading

Is the oil level within the proper range?

If not, add fresh oil as required to maintain proper level

Is the oil clear and free of debris?

If not, the oil should be drained, flushed and replaced

Sign off on the oil replacement
