1 Monthly Condenser Coil Maintenance
1. Air-cooled - clean off accumulated dust and dirt monthly or as necessary in dirty environments.
2. Water-cooled - clean strainer monthly, more often if required. Shut off water, remove small plug to relieve pressure, then remove large plug to remove strainer. Clean strainer and replace.
Also check separator daily to be sure automatic drain is discharging and blow down separator weekly by pushing test button on control panel.;
1 Yearly Moisture Separator/Oil Removal Filter Replacement
WARNING! THIS FILTER IS A PRESSURE CONTAINING DEVICE. DEPRESSURIZE BEFORE SERVICING.
Is the dryer isolated? (close inlet and outlet valves if installed) or air supply shut off?
Front panel removed and filter depressurized by slowly opening manual drain by-pass valve?
Drain line disconnected from bottom of separator?
Filter housing disassembled?
Filter bowl removed and cleaned?
Old filter element and small O-ring discarded?
New filter element and bowl with new O-rings properly seated to head or bowl (dependent upon dryer size)?
Drain line connected and panel replaced?
