Warning: Use a mixture of four parts water to one part propylene glycol. DO NOT USE ETHYLENE GLYCOL.

Enter the current glycol level in the tank

Enter the amount of fluid added to the tank

Is the fluid height above the minimum requirement (5-1/2 in)?

Sign off on the glycol level check

Check separator daily to be sure automatic drain is discharging.

NOTE: Units with two stage filtration have two sets of drains.

Blow down separator weekly by pushing test button on control panel.

Air-cooled - clean off accumulated dust and dirt from condenser coil monthly or as necessary in dirty environments.

WARNING! THIS FILTER IS A PRESSURE CONTAINING DEVICE. DEPRESSURIZE BEFORE SERVICING.

Is the dryer isolated (inlet and outlet valves closed) or air supply shut off?

Depressurize filter by slowly opening manual drain bypass valve

Remove bowl for models 90 through 140 - bayonet mount - push bowl up, turn bowl 1/8th turn to your left, and pull bowl straight down

Replace moisture separator element

NOTE: Do not handle Oil Removal Filter elements by outside foam cover. Handle by bottom end cap only.

After making certain that o-ring inside top of bowl (and on bayonet mount heads, wave spring) are in place, reassemble bowl to head.

NOTE: Make certain o-ring is generously lubricated. (Use lubricant provided)
